The recent drift event at Five Flags Speedway brought plenty of tire smoke, horsepower, and sideways action to the track—and photographer Dane Knappe was there to capture it all.
Dane Knappe brought his camera trackside and captured a collection of photos highlighting the drivers and cars throughout the event. Every run is different, and that's part of what makes drift events so exciting to photograph—the smoke, angle, speed, and proximity can create a completely different shot from one run to the next.
